Groceries needed and type of menu will vary according to the choices you make and your needs.  Please take into consideration the following:

• number of guests
• type of menu
• style of menu i.e. buffet style, formal sit down, family style, appetizers and drinks or any other style you would prefer.

Cost of Catering

Groceries = Between $15.00 to $50.00 (top end) per head depending on menu chosen.  (This price includes using your plates and cutlery and serving dishes and does not include the purchase of alcoholic beverages)

Chef rate = $35.00/hour (please take into consideration that this rate will be charged for shopping, preparation, cooking and clean up time*)

Server = $17.00/hour (1 server per 5 guests)

Barman = $22.00/hour (1 barman per 20 guests)

* Generally, cooking a three course standard meal for up to 6 people from start to finish, including shopping time, preparation, serving and clearing up would take 10-12 hours.  Therefore approximately a total of $350.00 + groceries + alcohol + 1 server.
