Gástrō pùb = noun Brit. A British term for a public house that specializes in serving high-quality food. There’s nothing like the relaxed atmosphere of pub garden dining during the warmer months. The new rage in the UK are Gastropubs, their main concern being to offer food that matches the quality of their beer and wine. This is pub food, but with a modern twist.
