I HAVE FINALLY BEEN PUBLISHED!!  Well, kind of.  Jungle Jims bought out their book this month, “15 Years of Cooking School Recipes”

I submitted 8 recipes for this book, earlier in the year, and to my surprise they have published all 8 of them!  That’s a fifth of their book.  So this is a start and here is the link to the book, if you would like to obtain one.  Their book is a collection of recipes from school instructors over the past  15 years.  Mine are from some of the classes I have taught there over the past three years.
